RETURNS

A receipt/Invoice, original packaging, with original tags are required for all returns/exchanges. Items must be unworn and unaltered.

All sale items and discounted items are Final Sale. For non-sale items, exchange or return within 14 days with the original payment method, or receive store credit if the original payment method is not available.

All purchases of non-sale items made between November 15th, 2020 and February 15th, 2021 are eligible for refund or exchange until March 2nd, 2021. However, if you are wishing to return/exchange at our Summerhill, Toronto, location, please reach out to us first at info@lemonwood.ca as additional arrangements are required while that store remains curb-side only.
