Promotional items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return or exchange, item(s) must be: In original condition, unused and undamaged, with all tags attached, in original packaging, accompanied with proof of payment.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items are labelled ‘Final sale’ online and identified in-store. Gift cards, Face Masks and Earrings are final sale.
Gift items that are not final sale and accompanying a gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Returning online orders are easy with no additional costs. Simply return in-store or ship back your item. Please reach out to email@example.com to initiate a shipping return label. Final sale items are not applicable to online returns.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Non-cash orders must correspond to the last 4 digits of the card used in the original payment. Please note refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account, depending on your payment provider.
We offer price adjustments at your request on merchandise within a 2-week period of the original purchase date.
- Promotional items moving to a deeper discount are eligible for a price adjustment
- Final sale items are not applicable to a price adjustment
- Price adjustments may be requested once per item
- Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment
When you place an order with Lemonwood, you will need to supply certain personal information, including (but not limited to) your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, credit card billing address and credit card information, so that we can process and fulfill your order.
Lemonwood does not share or sell our contact lists or any of your personal information.
