TERMS & CONDITIONS
Shipping
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email when your order has shipped and will be provided with your tracking number. Lemonwood uses multiple shipping carriers, including, but not limited to, Canpar, Dicom, and Canada Post.
Taxes & Duties
Canadian orders are subject to applicable taxes, based on your province of residence. International orders will not be charged taxes, but may be subject to import duties and fees. Lemonwood is not responsible for any tax, duty or freight charges billed from the destination country.
Payment
We currently accept payment through PayPal, which includes Visa, Mastercard and American Express options. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and will be charged in Canadian dollars.
Return Policy
A receipt, original packaging, with original tags are required for all returns/exchanges. Items must be unworn and unaltered.
All sale items and discounted items are Final Sale. For non-sale items, exchange or return within 14 days with the original payment method, or receive store credit if the original payment method is not available.
Gift items purchased on November 1st, 2022 or later are eligible for an exchange or in-store credit until January 14th, 2023. Please present your gift receipt in-store. All items must be unworn, with tags secured.
All sale items and discounted items are Final Sale.
Returning online orders is easy – send back your unwanted items by mail or bring them to one of our boutiques. Please email info@lemonwood.ca to initiate a shipping return label.
Handmade garments
Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be minor inconsistencies or imperfections with each garment. These imperfections should not affect the quality or longevity of the product.

When you place an order with Lemonwood, you will need to supply certain personal information, including (but not limited to) your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, credit card billing address and credit card information, so that we can process and fulfill your order.
Lemonwood does not share or sell our contact lists or any of your personal information.
