Shipping

Lemonwood offers complimentary shipping across Canada on all orders over $199 (before taxes). To the continental USA we offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $250 USD (before taxes). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Online orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse in 3-5 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will include the tracking number. Please click on the tracking number for the estimated date of delivery provided by the shipping provider. At this time, Lemonwood uses Canada Post for shipping.

Taxes & Duties

Canadian online orders are subject to applicable taxes based on your province/territory of residence. US orders will not be charged taxes but may be subject to import duties and fees. Lemonwood is not responsible for any tax, duty, or freight charges billed from the destination country.

Payment

In our boutiques, we accept payment through the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac, Lemonwood Gift Card and Cash.

For online orders we currently accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and ShopPay. Payments are facilitated through Shopify secure payment processing.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your order, items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of purchase. For online orders you have 7 days from the date of delivery, as recorded by the shipping provider.

Online purchases can be returned/exchanged at one of our boutiques or can be shipped back to Lemonwood’s warehouse. Please email info@lemonwood.ca to initiate a return and we will provide instruction and a paid shipping label. Remember to reference your order number in your email.

Returns will only be credited to the original form of payment, or a Lemonwood Gift Card. For online returns, your refund will be processed once we have received the item(s) at the Lemonwood warehouse. It may take a few business days for the credit to show on your account, depending on your payment provider.

A receipt, original packaging, and original tags affixed to the item(s) are required for all returns/exchanges. Items must be unworn and unaltered.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items are labelled ‘Final Sale’ online and in-store. Gift Cards and earrings are always considered final sale.

Gifts purchased after November 1st, through December 31st are eligible for an exchange or Lemonwood Gift Card credit until January 14^th of the new year. Please provide your gift receipt. All items must be unworn and have the original tag affixed to the item(s).

Price Adjustments

We offer price adjustments, at your request, on merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase date. Price adjustments may only be requested once per item. Promotional items moving to a deeper discount are eligible for a price adjustment. Final sale items do not qualify for a price adjustment. The price adjustment amount will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Handmade Garments

Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be minor inconsistencies or imperfections with each garment. These imperfections should not affect the quality or longevity of the product.

We may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so we recommend that you regularly check this page to ensure that you have read the most recent version.

Personal information will only be collected to the extent that we deem reasonably necessary to serve a legitimate business or marketing purpose. We collect personal information only if you choose to share such information with us. Personal information is collected from you when you register with our website, purchase products, or request other services that require information, registration or subscription. You also provide us with personal information when you choose to contact us or send us correspondence. We use the information that you provide to respond to your requests, improve your customer experience and communicate with you.

When you place an order with Lemonwood, you will need to supply certain personal information, including (but not limited to) your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, credit card billing address and credit card information, so that we can process and fulfill your order.

Lemonwood does not share or sell our contact lists or any of your personal information.
