TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shipping

Online orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse in 3-5 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include the tracking number. Please click on the tracking number for an estimated date of delivery. Lemonwood uses Canada Post for shipping.

Taxes & Duties

Canadian online orders are subject to applicable taxes based on your province/territory of residence. International orders will not be charged taxes, but may be subject to import duties and fees. Lemonwood is not responsible for any tax, duty or freight charges billed from the destination country.

Payment

We currently accept payment through the following methods; Visa, Mastercard, American Express. For online orders we also accept Paypal, and Shop Pay.

Return Policy

A receipt, original packaging, and original tags affixed to the item(s) are required for all returns/exchanges. Items must be unworn and unaltered.

All sale and discounted items are Final Sale.

For regular priced items, exchanges or returns are permitted within 7 days of purchase.  For online purchases, exchanges or returns are permitted within 7 days of the Canada Post date of delivery.

Returns will only be credited to the original form of payment, or to a Lemonwood Gift Card.

Gifts purchased on or after November 1^st are eligible for an exchange or gift card credit until January 14^th of the following year. Please provide your gift receipt. All items must be unworn and have the original tag affixed to the item(s).

Online orders can be returned either at one of our boutiques, or via Canada Post. Please email info@lemonwood.ca to initiate an exchange/return by mail, and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Handmade Garments

Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be minor inconsistencies or imperfections with each garment. These imperfections should not affect the quality or longevity of the product.

Personal information is collected from you when you register with our website, purchase products, or request other services that require information, registration or subscription. We use the information that you provide to respond to your requests, improve your customer experience and communicate with you.

When you place an order with Lemonwood, you will need to supply certain personal information, including (but not limited to) your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, credit card billing address and credit card information, so that we can process and fulfill your order.

Lemonwood does not share or sell our contact lists or any of your personal information.
