Lemonwood offers complimentary shipping across Canada on all orders over $199 (before taxes). To the continental USA we offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $250 USD (before taxes).

If you are unsatisfied with your order, item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of purchase.

Promotional items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items are labelled ‘Final Sale’ online and in-store. Gift Cards, Face Masks and Earrings are always considered final sale.

Gift items that are not final sale, and accompanied by a gift receipt, are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return or exchange, item must be:

• in original condition, unused and undamaged
• with all tags attached
• in original packaging
• accompanied with proof of payment

Returning online orders is easy. Simply bring the item to one of our stores, or ship back the item to our Warehouse. Please email info@lemonwood.ca to initiate a return, and we will provide a shipping label. Remember to include your order number in your email.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note, refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account, depending on your payment provider.

We offer price adjustments at your request on merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase date.

• Promotional items moving to a deeper discount are eligible for a price adjustment
• Final sale items are not applicable to a price adjustment
• Price adjustments may be requested once per item
• The price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment
