Store Manager (Full-Time Permanent)

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall success, culture, and daily operations of the boutique. They provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and people leadership to ensure exceptional service, consistent financial performance, and compliance with company standards while adhering to the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA). The Store Manager fosters a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing environment that exemplifies world class service. They partner closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Head Office partners to achieve company objectives. The Store Manager role blends leadership, operations, and community partnership in a premier retail environment where team-development and customer experience are equally valued.

Financial Accountability

• Accountable for achieving and exceeding store financial objectives including sales targets, wage management, and controllable store expenses
• Analyzes sales performance, business trends, and KPI’s to identify opportunities and implement action plans
• Clearly communicates sales and KPI goals and provides coaching and feedback to ensure achievement of goals
• Creates schedules aligned with sales trends and business needs while managing labour costs on an ongoing basis and reacts accordingly

Operational Excellence

• Ensures accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks, reports, and documentation via the Company’s email and digital platforms
• Implements company initiatives, promotions and sales directives with accuracy and urgency
• Adheres to Asset Protection standards by implementing inventory best practices preventing shrink, conducting inventory counts and audits, and store transfers
• Maintains a safe working environment for team members while adhering to company policies, procedures, and Ontario employment legislation

Customer Experience
• The Store Manager leads by example and sets the standard for exceptional customer service
• Represents Lemonwood’s brand, vision, and values always
• Builds, maintains, and grows a loyal client base through relationship building and individualized service
• Resolves customer concerns professionally and promptly

People Leadership & Development
• Recruits, hires, and trains a high performing retail team
• Ensures all team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations
• Provides ongoing coaching, feedback, and development that supports growth and engagement
• Manages attendance, conduct, and employee relations in accordance with company policies and employment standards
• Conducts regular performance reviews to continue to develop a results-drive work environment
• When necessary, provides performance management and corrective actions in a professional manner in accordance with the ESA
• Creates a development and succession plan for the Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager (Part-Time Permanent)

The Assistant Manager demonstrates an innovative approach to achieving objectives established by Lemonwood Luxury Group Inc. They will assist the Store Manager by motivating, training and developing their team members to provide outstanding customer service. They collaborate with the Store Manager on setting and achieving team-specific goals. Duties include:

Financial

• Strive to achieve all financial objectives such as, sales targets, wage costs, shrink/loss prevention and store costs

Customer Service

• Lead by example to ensure the team provides outstanding customer service
• Provide sales and product knowledge coaching to the sales associates
• Build business relationships with clients
• Represent the Company vision and articulate the products in a friendly and informative manner

Business Management
• Maintain and follows visual merchandising standards set by Lemonwood
• Execute sales directives
• Understand sense of urgency
• Innovative thinker, brings forward ideas for improvement
• Provide continuous communication and feedback to Store Manager/Regional Sales Manager

People Management

• Stand-in for Store Manager when they are away
• Assist Store Manager with training and mentoring staff
• Create a positive and happy work environment
• Work as a team to meet and exceed sales goals

Administrative
• Available for inventory counts as per company policies
• Attend weekly Store Managers’ Meeting if Store Manager is unavailable
• Follow in store transfers process as per company policies
• Abide by Company policies regarding maintaining merchandise tagging and or labelling system and controlling damage merchandise.
• Tend to all opening and closing procedures
• Monitor and replenish inventory as its sold
• Maintain a clean and tidy store
• Follow all Health and Safety protocols

Sales Associate (Part-Time Permanent)

You will be responsible for assisted selling and representing Lemonwood. Included in this are responsibilities, customer service and inventory control, merchandising according to company guidelines.

Customer Service and Sales
• Communication of the Lemonwood Brand story in a consistent friendly manner
• Create a luxurious environment for customers and encourage them to come back
• Call customers when product comes in or product that is on hold racks
• Process orders using Shopify+ POS

Merchandising and Inventory

• Carry out merchandising direction form the Store Manager or Director of Operations
• Counts on inventory as requested by Head Office

Store Opening and Closing
• Clean and prepare the store for the next day of selling
• Manage garbage and cleanliness of boutique
